    Presence at Profesionalinmo, in Valencia.

    Profesionalinmo is the most important real estate event in the Valencian Community. Organized by the College of Real Estate Agents of Valencia, the event brought together more than 200 real estate professionals from all over Spain.

    Real estate appraisal, real estate marketing, the importance of the use of new technologies and the regulation of the real estate sector were the topics discussed by the speakers. The closing address was given by the well-known economist José María Gay de Liébana.

    In the Real Estate Technology Workshop, we offered an overview of the latest tools that can be implemented in the real estate business, from Virtual Tours to automation of emailing.

    We had two case studies, in which Francesc Quintana and Alfonso Lacruz explained how they use technology in their real estate activity.

    Organized by the Asociación Canaria de Inmobiliarias and held in Las Palmas and Tenerife, the training sessions were aimed at demonstrating the validity of content management in online real estate marketing.

    As moderator of the debate, I introduced the representatives of real estate management systems: VisualHabitat (Pisos.com), Inmovilla, MLS Urbaniza, Ghestia, Inmofactory (Fotocasa).

    It was a matter of exposing the needs of users and how to address them from the tools. The key point was the connection of real estate data between systems, where I contributed the proposal of the Single Real Estate Database (BDUI).
